Co-curricular Activities

Co-curricular activities make a horizon for systematic and meaningful learning opportunities and prepare students for future. CCA makes students active and energetic thereby help in learning and enable them to develop multiple skills. At RSVM, we conduct House Competition. Non-academic activities provides support to students to venture into professional fields like fashion, music, painting, art, acting, photography, printing and more. This leads to the holistic growth as well as to development of  the personality of a child, Hence, classroom teaching should be supplemented with co-curricular activities.


At RSVM, we lay a strong emphasis on sports and physical development. Our sports curriculum is planned and designed for students to develop and enhance their skills. Every student is encouraged to join at least one school sports team. Weekly and monthly goals are fixed which are to be achieved by all the students.We encourage our students to participate in number of sports events at inter- school, state, national and international level. Apart from physical heath and awareness, students are informed about the body partsand muscle development with the aid each sport they participate in.Sports today has not only evolved as a form of entertainment but also offers promising careers. Therefore, We organize the Annual Sports in the Memory of Shri. Ramajidas Budhraja and Smt. Shantidevi Budhraja on 25th November, 2nd December. Each year all the four houses compete to achieve the “Best House Sports Trophy”.

Festivals & Celebrations

The rich and vibrant festivals of India are a testimony to our diverse tradition and culture. Festivals bring people close and creates a strong bond of unity and equality. For students, it is a great way to understand the rich heritage of India and learn about the importance of various festivals, cultures and traditions.  This helps them understand the importance of traditions and ancient knowledge. This helps in developing respect and admiration for every culture and traditions. At RSVM we celebrate festivals like Children’s Day, Christmas, Diwali Celebration, Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day, Memorial Day,Teachers Day, Janmashtami Celebration, National Sports Day, Yoga Day, Youth Day, Farewell and Alumni Meet.

Extra Co-curricular Activity

Other than cultural activities we also conduct different activities by taking help of local administrative departments, media, alumni, hospitals to make our students understand social values, human rights, government initiatives and the principles laid by the UN. We also organize activities like CM Cup, School Sports Clubs, Teachers Training Program, School Trip, School Election and Health Checkups every year.


Morning assembly plays a very important role at RSVM. We aim to imbibe in our students strong values and morals; assembly is a great way to remind our students about the same. It helps us schedule our activities and gives a positive start to our lives every day. RSVM assembly is based on plethora of activities which are based on variety of themes.
